Restorative Sound Bath Experience on Water
Experience the 60-minute Sound Bath sessions from 7am to 8am on 20 March 2026.
Each 60-minute sound bath is designed to activate the body's repair mode through therapeutic vibrations from crystal singing bowls, equilibrium chimes and grounding meditative guidance, designed to restore nervous system balance and create space for mindful presence.
