Guided by Sarah Percy, founder of Female Physio Co. and Dietitian, Caitlin Ireland, reconnect the mind, body and soul through purposeful movement, mindfulness, and rejuvenation.

Specialising in evidence-based physiotherapy, the Gold Coast clinic educates and empowers women of all ages to understand the importance of women's health. Learn the holistic and sensitive approach to pelvic floor therapy, pregnancy and post natal physiotherapy, Pilates and dietetics.

Enjoy two-nights' of luxurious accommodation, award-winning dining and a personalised treatment at Spa by JW. Experience a two-day Pilates schedule with Sarah, a curated wellness menu by Dietitian Caitlin and Executive Chef Paul Smart and Women's Health Workshop hosted by the duo. Concluding the immersive three-day program with a floating sound-healing and breathwork session by Aqua Sculpt.

    Meet Sarah Percy, Founder of Female Physio Co.

    Born and bred on the Gold Coast, Sarah completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) and Bachelor of Exercise Science (BExSc) degrees on the Gold Coast at Bond University. Over the years, Sarah's soul purpose has been to educate all women about their body on the Gold Coast.

    Specialising in evidence-based physiotherapy, Female Physio Co. educated and empowers women of all ages to understand the importance of women's health. Across three-days, discover mindful movement and learn the holistic insights of your body.

    Accredited Practising Dietitian

    Meet Caitlin Ireland

    Caitlin is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist, Certified Prenatal Dietitian, and qualified Sports Dietitian with over 10 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science from Griffith University, a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics Practice from Bond University, as well as specialised training with Sports Dietitians Australia and Early Life Nutrition Alliance. As a mother, Caitlin brings both professional knowledge and personal experience to her practice.

    Nutrition longevity rests at the heart of the Wellness Retreat. Simply encouraging wellness from within, Caitlin collaborates with Executive Chef Paul Smart to bring guests a culinary nourishments throughout the retreat. Featuring an anti-inflammatory nutrition lunch and culinary amenities throughout your stay.

    Immerse in a full-day of wellness, beginning with a sunrise Pilates session, instructed by Sarah Percy on the Spa by JW Outdoor Terrace and a Pelvic Floor 101 and Longevity Nutrition workshop session with Sarah and Caitlin, featuring a myth-busting Q&A on women's health. Enjoy an anti-inflammatory nutrition lunch on the Spa by JW Outdoor Terrace, a wellness menu curated by Executive Chef Paul Smart and Caitlin Ireland. Enter the spa wellness journey with a personalised 60-minute Spa by JW signature massage or facial treatment.

    Extending beyond physical boundaries, the finale day of the Wellness Retreat welcomes Aqua Sculpt. Unique to the Gold Coast, Aqua Sculpt connects you with your inner peace with the therapeutic benefits of sound, water, and mindfulness. Guests will take a moment to partake in mindful movement and restore their balance with tranquillity and serenity, concluding their three-day Wellness Retreat.
